Rates Billing and Payment

We want to keep our charges competitive and simple so you’ll know what to expect whether it’s the cost of a laptop repair, computer fix, data recovery or supply of new equipment.  We charge a flat hourly rate with a minimum fee to help offset our fixed expenses. We have an excellent system for tracking our time so you will only be charged for exactly the amount of time we spend on your job (beyond the minimum fee) with no rounding up. See our base rates below.

At the end of your appointment, we will review what we have done with you and produce a detailed job sheet.  We will take payment by EFTPOS, credit card, cash or arrange for an Internet Banking transfer with you.  We will then e-mail you a copy of the job sheet as receipt of payment before we leave. For non-business clients, if you wish to be issued with an invoice and given time to pay, there will be an administration charge of $10.00 per job added.

For business clients, we will be happy to discuss invoicing and billing arrangements with you. We use the Xero accounting system so if you do too, then we can make things very straightforward. Initial payment terms are sevens after invoice date, but once a regular relationship is established, we are happy to discuss extending this to the 20th of the following month.

The last rate increase we made was 1 May 2018 and while we know everyone is hurting financially, costs have increased so much that we have had to instigate a small price increase.

TECHNICIAN'S HOURLY CHARGES

Residential & Not-for-Profit Rate:

Hourly rate of $120.00 with minimum charge of one hour.

business customer rate:

Hourly rate of $155.25 ($135.00 plus GST) with minimum charge of one hour.

SUPERGOLD CARD HOLDER RATE:

We offer a discounted rate for SuperGold cardholders.  Please see details below.

REMOTE ASSISTANCE:

Access to your system via remote assistance is charged in 15 minute increments at the rate applicable to each client with a minimum charge of 30 minutes. Please call us on 0800 683 748 to arrange a convenient time for the technician to provide remote services.


ADMINISTRATION HOURLY RATE

WEBSITE PRODUCTION:

all over IT can assist with providing a client managed website.  This is a very good way of having a professional looking website with the ability to manage content and make changes yourself.  The added benefit is a low initial cost, very reasonable annual hosting fee and no ongoing charges.

Website production rate is $103.50 ($90.00 plus GST) per hour or part thereof.  Call us for further information on 0800 683 748.

OFFICE ASSISTANCE:

We also offer non-technical assistance with Word, Excel, PowerPoint issues or training and administrative help with Xero if required.

Office assistance work is provided at $80.50 ($70.00 plus GST)per hour to business clients but is also available to home users if needed.


SuperGold Card Discount

We are proud to partner with SuperGold to offer discounts to cardholders.  This applies to SuperGold and SuperGold Veteran cardholders. We offer a reduced rate of $99.00 per hour for all appointments and in addition, there will be special offers that run from time to time.  There is a minimum appointment charge of one hour for onsite visits.
