Hannes van Niekerk - Owner & Managing Director

Hannes van Niekerk has been a key part of all over IT's success since joining the company in November 2016, shortly after relocating to New Zealand from South Africa with his wife, Debbie, and their daughter. Since making New Zealand home, Hannes and his family have continued to build their future here, welcoming a son and becoming proud members of the local community.

Bringing extensive experience across a broad range of technologies, Hannes has developed expertise in hardware, software, networking, systems administration, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure management. His technical background also includes security and CCTV system design, implementation, and management, enabling him to provide comprehensive technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of businesses and individuals alike.

Over the years, Hannes established himself as a trusted technical leader within the organisation and was identified early on as the natural successor to continue the legacy and values upon which all over IT was built. In March 2022, he was appointed Managing Director as part of a planned leadership transition from company founder Bill. Following the successful completion of this transition, Hannes assumed ownership of all over IT and has proudly led the business since 2022.

As Owner and Managing Director, Hannes is responsible for the strategic direction, technical leadership, and ongoing growth of the company. His vision centres on delivering reliable, innovative, and practical technology solutions while maintaining the exceptional customer service and personal relationships that have been the cornerstone of all over IT for many years.

Today, Hannes leads a dedicated team of technology professionals who are passionate about helping businesses and individuals maximise the value of their technology investments. Under his leadership, all over IT continues to evolve and grow, serving clients throughout the wider Wellington region while remaining committed to the personalised service, integrity, and trusted advice that clients have come to expect.

Together with Debbie, who oversees the administrative and operational functions of the business, Hannes is committed to ensuring that all over IT continues to provide outstanding service and trusted technology solutions for many years to come.

Rudi Grace - Senior Technician

Rudi has joined the all over IT team in March 2022, in a contracting role initially.

Rudi is based in Porirua and has his own business providing a range of IT services to clients. He has taken the opportunity to come on board to assist Hannes with the technical requirements of our customers throughout Wellington, Porirua and Kapiti.

Like Hannes, Rudi is also from South Africa and has a wealth of experience behind him. Customers are already enjoying his abilities and commenting very positively about Rudi and his results.

Debbie van Niekerk - Finance, Operations and Admin

Debbie joined all over IT in March 2022, bringing with her extensive business administration experience and a strong commitment to operational excellence. Her primary focus is overseeing the administrative functions of the business, ensuring that systems, processes, and day-to-day operations run efficiently and effectively.

Having previously worked alongside her husband, Hannes, in the successful business they owned and operated in South Africa, Debbie and Hannes have a proven track record of working together as a highly effective team. Their complementary skills, shared vision, and dedication to exceptional customer service have been instrumental in supporting the continued growth of all over IT.

Debbie's attention to detail, organisational expertise, and commitment to delivering outstanding service provide a strong foundation for the business. Her leadership behind the scenes ensures that clients receive a seamless experience while enabling the technical team to focus on delivering reliable technology solutions.
