Hannes van Niekerk - Owner & Managing Director

Hannes joined all over IT in November 2016, shortly after relocating to New Zealand from South Africa with his wife and daughter. Since then, he has not only established himself as a key member of the team but has also grown his family, welcoming a son and building a life in New Zealand.

With extensive experience across hardware, software, networking, and systems administration, Hannes brings a broad range of technical expertise to all over IT. His background also includes security and CCTV system design, installation, and management, providing valuable knowledge and solutions for our clients.

From the outset, Hannes was identified as the natural successor to lead the business into the future. In March 2022, he was appointed Managing Director, beginning a planned leadership transition from founder Bill. Following this successful transition, Hannes assumed ownership of all over IT and continues to lead the company with a strong focus on innovation, customer service, and trusted technology solutions.

Today, Hannes leads a dedicated team committed to helping businesses and individuals get the most from their technology. Under his leadership, all over IT continues to grow while maintaining the personalised service and trusted relationships that have been at the heart of the business since its beginning.

Rudi Grace - Senior Technician

Rudi has joined the all over IT team in March 2022, in a contracting role initially.

Rudi is based in Porirua and has his own business providing a range of IT services to clients. He has taken the opportunity to come on board to assist Hannes with the technical requirements of our customers throughout Wellington, Porirua and Kapiti.

Like Hannes, Rudi is also from South Africa and has a wealth of experience behind him. Customers are already enjoying his abilities and commenting very positively about Rudi and his results.

Debbie van Nierkerk - Finance & Operations

Debbie joined the business in March 2022 to support her husband, Hannes. Her focus is to take over from Annie by overseeing the administrative functions of all over IT Limited.

Debbie was part of the business Hannes owned in South Africa, so they have a proven record of working as a team. We know the future of all over IT is in very safe hands with Hannes and Debbie at the helm.

Carla Rench

Carla Rench, one of the voices at the other end of the phones when you call all over IT.  Carla joined us in September 2022 and has been able to bring her vast array of skills and experience to her role. 

She is of Portuguese descendance, and has lived in New Zealand for 38 Years.  She loves painting in oils in her spare time, and has previously worked as a computer programmer, owned a building construction company and trained and worked as a mental health nurse.
