Rates Billing and Payment
We want to keep our charges competitive and simple. We charge a flat hourly rate with a minimum fee to help offset our fixed expenses. We have an excellent system for tracking our time so you will only be charged for exactly the amount of time we spend on your job (beyond the minimum fee) with no rounding up.
At the end of your appointment, we will review what we have done with you and produce a detailed job sheet. We will take payment by EFTPOS, credit card, cash or cheque (processing fee of $5 applies for cheques) or arrange for an Internet Banking transfer with you. We will then e-mail you a copy of the job sheet as receipt of payment before we leave.
If you are a small business, home business or regular customer we will be happy to discuss invoicing and billing arrangements with you. We use the Xero accounting system (supporting Kiwi innovation!) so if you do too, then we can make things very straightforward.
All rates quoted to private individuals are inclusive of GST.

TECHNICIAN'S HOURLY CHARGES
Residential & Not-for-Profit Rate:
Hourly rate of $120.00 with minimum charge of $90.00.
The minimum charge covers the first 45 minutes of the visit and thereafter you pay only actual time based on the $120.00 per hour.
business customer rate:
Hourly rate of $143.75 with minimum charge of $115.00.
The minimum charge covers the first 48 minutes of the visit and thereafter you pay only actual time based on the $143.75 per hour.

ADMINISTRATION HOURLY RATE
all over IT can assist with providing a client managed website. This is a very good way of having a professional looking website with the ability to manage content and make changes yourself. The added benefit is a low initial cost, very reasonable annual hosting fee and no ongoing charges.
Website production rate is $103.50 per hour or part thereof. Call us for further information on 0800 683 748.
We also offer non-technical assistance with Word, Excel, PowerPoint issues or training and administrative help with Xero if required.
Office assistance work is provided at $69.00 per hour to business clients but is also available to home users if needed.
SuperGold Card Discount
We are proud to partner with SuperGold to offer discounts to cardholders. This applies to SuperGold and SuperGold Veteran cardholders. We offer a reduced rate of $99.00 per hour for all appointments and in addition, there will be special offers that run from time to time. There is a minimum appointment charge of $85.00 that covers up to around 50 minutes onsite.
Please present your card to our technician at the visit to take advantage of the discount.
