The perfect team

Bill Jackson

Bill is an Englishman but you might not recognise it from the way he talks.  He lived in the USA for almost 25 years before relocating to New Zealand in 2007.   Bill has over 40 years experience in IT - in fact he started working with computer systems before they called it IT! His experiences run from start-up businesses to multi-nationals and include designing and running the computer network for a large medical university in Oregon.

Most recently Bill ran a successful mobile computer services franchise operation in the Porirua/Kapiti Coast area.  He earned a great reputation for providing quality IT services to home and small business customers.  This experience gave Bill the impetus to "go out on his own" and together he and Annie started all over IT Limited in June 2014.

Bill's vision was to create a business providing quality technology services as efficiently as possible.  He especially wanted to make sure that the technicians providing the services were recognised and rewarded for their efforts.  Bill is very proud that all over IT  has become a successful business providing services to homes and small businesses throughout the greater Wellington region. He hopes to continue that success and make all over IT a place where people like to work and enjoy using and developing their technical skills

Annie Jackson

Annie is a shareholder and director of all over IT Limited, managing operations and ensuring customers calls are handled promptly and efficiently.  Her focus is on dispatching technicians around the Wellington region so that customer requirements can be promptly met.  In addition, Annie is responsible for the finance and administration services as well as being out and about promoting the business.  With the team of technicians behind her, she is able to use technology to do her job while out on the road.

Annie has a background in accounting, general management and operations, so she understands the business protocols and processes. Chances are it will be Annie who answers the phone when you call, so say “Hi” to her, and let her get the closest technician to help you as soon as possible.

Hayden Lloyd

Hayden has been involved with IT for many years and has spent his time recently developing software for Point of Sale applications.  Now based in Kapiti, Hayden joined our team in November 2014 to provide technical assistance to the growing numbers of clients living between Paekakariki and Levin.

Hayden has developed a reputation among his customers for being very patient and non-judgmental when dealing with non-tech savvy clients.  He explains technology in plain English and this is appreciated by many customers.

Hayden is very active enjoying regular squash games as well as jet skiing and water sports. He shares Bill's passion for renewable energy and electric cars and between them they are trying to work out how to own the latest Tesla!

Hannes van Niekerk

Hannes is the newest member of our team, joining us in November 2016.  He is newly emigrated from South Africa and is settling in New Zealand with his wife and daughter.

Hannes is an IT specialist with extensive experience in engineering hardware, software and networks as well as system administration.  We see his recent experience with security and CCTV systems and installations as a great benefit for all over IT customers.

Hannes will be assisting clients in the Northern suburbs and Porirua city area predominantly but like all our technicians will be on call to help whenever it's needed.

Jo Kendrick

Jo is the owner of Financial Squirrels, a bookkeeping & business support company based in the Hutt Valley.  Jo is providing her services to all over IT by backing up the telephone services during overflow times or when offsite appointments mean that Annie is unavailable.  This is part of our commitment to customers that every call will be answered by a human!

Jo has access to our company booking system and will be able to assist with general enquiries or making appointments for you whenever the need arises.
