Great service - Just had great service from one of our neighbours. The clinic was humming, the staff were fully occupied and the phone was ringing with clients wanting appointments. Suddenly there was no internet connection.

We run a cloud based system so without internet we are unable to access patient records or even book an appointment . The guys from All Over IT were quickly on the scene, rapidly established the problem and rectified it getting us up and running and keeping our clients happy and our cash flow positive.

Firstly, over 7 years I built and operated the best service company of its kind in NSW and ACT, Australia. It was and is a delight be instantly duplicated by Annie Jackson of ‘all over IT’ who took my urgent call and realised that I needed my computer operational for business very quickly. This was achieved in less than 4 hours on the very same day.
Secondly, the technician arrived exactly on time, which is almost unheard of.
Thirdly, the technician was well presented, articulate and highly competent. He got my MacBook Pro computer fixed extremely quickly and then thoroughly checked and serviced it. He then installed some very good anti-virus software after which he ensured all applications were working as they should. Time taken 1 hour. I then complimented the service company’s receptionist/ job controller and he immediately confirmed that indeed she was excellent to work with.

I thoroughly recommend this company for any party that needs unwanted computer viruses etc responded to and resolved quickly and cost effectively.

We have had Bill sort out our unsolvable IT problems for a few years now. Even with our fabulous iPhone devices, on the odd occasion we still need help with calendars, software upgrades and iTunes. Our computer had quite a few problems which to us, seemed dire. In a short space of time, Bill had created a lot more disk space for us, the computer was running faster than it had for about four years and we had a very good virus checker installed. Bill talks in everyday language and makes everything easy to understand and also explains what he is doing and why.
